Cancellation - Please check your order carefully. Orders MUST be cancelled via telephone within 2 hours (120 minutes) after placing the
order. When leaving a message, please be sure it includes your name, order details, and email address.

Payment options: You may pay via credit card or e-check through PayPal (no account necessary) or Google Checkout. Personal
checks and money orders are also accepted & your order will be shipped once funds are cleared. Please contact me prior to
placing your order if you would like this option.

At this time shipping is only available to the 50 United States & Canada. Most orders will be shipped via USPS within 48 hours from
order being placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays.) Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders placed under special
conditions (large orders, busy holiday season, etc.)

Backorders - Orders containing out of stock or backordered items will be held pending arrival of the out of stock items. If out of
stock or backordered items are not available within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of order placement, in stock items will be released for
shipping and out of stock items will ship seperately at no additional charge. You will be giving an option of cancelling this portion
of your order if you choose.

Scent, Color, Viscosity & Texture - You understand and agree that Mud & Berries will not replace, return or refund your
product if it is not the exact viscosity, texture, color or scent that you expected. While samples can give you a general idea of
what a larger size will be like sometimes there can be slight differences. You agree, understand and accept that a finished
product can have slight variations including, but not limited to color, scent, scent strength, viscosity and texture. You further
agree that this does not constitute sufficient grounds for the return or refund of an order, or for dispute of the charges for
said order or any products therein.

You are 100% guaranteed that your name, address, and email is protected. We do not sell customer information to third parties. We
do not automatically collect personally identifiable information about you such as name, address, phone number or e-mail address for
this purpose. Typing this information in a form to buy our products is information we will use to process your order but we do not
share this information with any other companies and your personal information is kept strictly confidential.

Email list - We offer an optional email newsletter to announce specials, new products, and new areas within our site. We do not
automatically add anyone to our mailing list. Anytime that you wish to unsubscribe, simply follow the instructions within the mailing
list e-mail to unsubscribe yourself.
